2. No Employment, Franchise, or Turnkey Business Relationship
Relaunch My Career teaches individuals how to evaluate and develop business possibilities based on their own skills, experience, knowledge, goals, and circumstances.
Purchasing a product or service from Relaunch My Career does not create an employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, agency relationship, franchise, distributorship, or turnkey business arrangement with El Joy LLC.
You are responsible for evaluating and developing any business you choose to pursue.
3. No Earnings or Business-Outcome Guarantee
Business results depend on many factors outside our control, including individual decisions, execution, effort, market conditions, customer demand, pricing, timing, resources, skills, and experience.
Relaunch My Career does not guarantee:

- Profit
- Customers or clients
- Employment
- Funding
- Business formation
- Business growth
- A particular business opportunity
- A specific result from artificial intelligence or another technology
- Any other financial or commercial result
Educational examples, scenarios, discussions, or illustrations are not promises or guarantees of future performance.
Your results will depend on your own circumstances, choices, and actions.
4. Eligibility
Paid products, programs, and services are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract.

5. Purchases and Payments

6. 14-Day Refund Policy for the 3-Step Relaunch Formula
The 3-Step Relaunch Formula and eligible optional digital companion products purchased with it are covered by a 14-calendar-day refund period beginning on the date of purchase.

If a refund is issued, access to the refunded digital product or course may be discontinued.
Approved refunds will ordinarily be returned through the original payment method, subject to the processing procedures of the applicable payment provider.
This refund policy does not limit a refund, cancellation, withdrawal, or other consumer right that cannot legally be waived.
7. Other Programs and Services
Coaching programs, live services, memberships, cohorts, consulting or advisory services, and other higher-value offerings may have separate:

A purchase does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property.
Access duration, when relevant, is governed by the terms of the specific offer.
